1. Retrieve the lost OneDrive icon

2. Prevent OneDrive from uploading files automatically

When you save a photo or document, photos and documents are automatically uploaded to the OneDrive Cloud if you use the default Windows 10 location. In this way, once the Windows account leaked, photos or documents will be leaked. By modifying the registry method, cloud upload can be limited to prevent personal files from leaking.

In the Cortana dialog box, enter the REGEDIT command, and then select the run command REGEDIT, enter the Registry Editor interface. In the Registry Editor window navigate to “HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ CLSID \ {018D5C66-4533-4307-9B53-224DE2ED1FE6}” in the right pane to find the System.IsPinnedToNameSpaceTree item, double-click to open the Settings window, which will be ” Numerical data “from 1 to 0, click” OK. ” OneDrive will not be automatically uploaded when you save your file after you restart your computer.
